For this extension project, a couple, parents for a lovely newborn, who just bought a house in Ware, previously owned by a senior couple who did not need large spaces, approached us. We were asked to increase the living area of the property by adding rear and side extensions, and improve the rear garden. The aim was to make the project as sustainable as possible; hence, we used the green roof, solar panels, double-glazing, sustainable building materials and kept all plants and greenery in a backyard.
